A lover of GOD, family, and humanity in general, Abidemi David Edmond is a sustainability management professional with 20 years’ experience, eleven of those years being as Chief Responsibility Officer of The Nedola Initiative Ltd (TNIL). He started his career as a volunteer community development organiser with Inspirational Resources in 2001 and went on to establish a consulting practice that focussed on human resource management while continuing to volunteer as a community development organiser. He later joined up with two other human resource managers to establish People and People Ltd, a soft skills training and development firm where as a partner he handled briefs for leading brands such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers Nigeria and MTN Nigeria in locations in and outside Nigeria. In June 2008, Edmond started TNIL, where he has since focused all his energy, leaving human resource management practice behind. As Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO) of TNIL Nigeria, he has overseen work that has seen him travel the length and breadth of Nigeria working in all geo-political zones of the country for clients and is considered one of the leading lights in the sustainability management industry in Nigeria. |
